Position: Game Economy Designer

  Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We believe that the numerical system is not only the foundation of gameplay logic but also a crucial support for player experience and business models. Now, we are looking for a passionate Game Economy Designer who is enthusiastic about both games and data to help create a more refined, engaging, and sustainable game economic system.


Responsibilities

Participate in the design and optimization of the game numerical system, including core gameplay, tournament mechanisms, growth paths, currency systems, and payment models

Assist in building and adjusting the game economic system: balancing output and consumption, enhancing player engagement and lifetime value

Based on user behavior data, assist in establishing and optimizing data analysis models to monitor the economic system's performance

Work closely with product, data, development, and operations teams to implement and iterate numerical solutions

Conduct basic numerical simulations and tests to timely identify and optimize potential issues

Participate in summarizing and organizing numerical design methods and documentation for future reuse
