パートリーダー～プランナー全体のリーダーを担っていただける方を募集いたします。


＜リードプランナー業務＞

・ディレクターおよび他セクションリーダーとの連携

・ゲームデザイン全体の取りまとめ

・プランナー全体の進行取りまとめ

・仕様作成・実装進行業務


＜パートリーダー業務＞

・担当パートのゲームデザインおよび取りまとめ

・担当パート全体の進行取りまとめ

・仕様作成・実装進行業務。


日本での以下の経験がある方

・コンシューマタイトルの開発経験（3年以上）

・リードプランナーまたはパートリーダー経験

・フィールドのレベルデザイン経験、ミッション制作経験、もしくはアウトゲーム制作経験（PF対応含む）のうち、いずれかの経験がある方

・コミュニケーションスキル

※外国籍の方は日本語 能力試験 N1


歓迎スキル

・プラットフォームアクションゲーム開発経験

・アクションゲームのレベルデザインの開発経験


Working Hours:

Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00

Holidays and Work Styles:

Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)

Social Insurance:

Health Insurance·Welfare Pension Insurance·Employment Insurance·Workers' Compensation Insurance

Period of Contract:

Non-fixed
