Description
- Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support year-end audit preparations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial workflows.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Cash Accounting, and Accounting Systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial records, execute reconciliations, and support monthly closing processes.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and a problem-solver.
