The Production Worker shall be responsible for the following tasks:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Assemble, package, or inspect products according to company standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and moving finished goods as needed.
• Support team members and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
