Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Partnership Facilitation – Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, KOLs, DAOs, trading communities, and institutional investors.

2. Sales & Business Growth – Drive platform user growth, negotiate partnership agreements, ensure long-term collaborations, and generate sustainable revenue.

3. Market Analysis & Strategic Planning – Research industry trends and competitive dynamics, providing valuable business decision-making recommendations for the company.

4. Industry Resource Expansion – Represent the company at Web3 industry conferences and community events, establishing deep connections across channels such as Telegram, Twitter, and Discord.

5. Cross-departmental Collaboration – Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that BD strategies align with the company's overall objectives.

Job Requirements:

1. Fluent in both Chinese and English (mandatory), capable of smooth communication and driving international collaboration.

2. Experience in the Web3 industry – at least 1 year of experience in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, GameFi, or related fields.

3. Business development experience – possessing experience in BD, sales, market expansion, or investment, along with certain resources in the Web3 industry.

4. Strong drive and goal-oriented – possessing an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to proactively seek opportunities, solve problems, and adapt to the fast-paced changes of the industry.

5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills – capable of building trust with different types of partners and promoting long-term collaborations.

6. Strong self-motivation – able to independently plan and execute tasks with minimal supervision.

7. Preference for candidates with Web3 network resources – candidates with connections to crypto KOLs, investment institutions, project parties, or communities will be given priority.
