Description Responsible for planning and executing user growth campaigns to boost registration and retention rates. Responsibilities - Plan and launch user growth initiatives (including but not limited to time-limited incentives, airdrops, lotteries, trading competitions, etc.) to drive increases in registrations and retention. - Monitor user behavior through data analysis, optimizing campaign timing, frequency, and incentive structures to achieve sustained growth in user numbers and engagement. - Implement user segmentation and targeted operations based on lifecycle stages and trading behaviors. - Design phased incentive strategies—for registration, KYC completion, first deposit, first trade, etc.—leveraging user behavior data. - Track key metrics (registration conversion rate, trading conversion rate, retention rate, ROI, etc.) and continuously refine growth strategies through data reviews. - Gather and organize user feedback, propose improvements, and collaborate with product teams to drive optimizations. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in internet finance or 2 years in crypto industry event management/user operations. - Strong execution skills with the ability to independently advance tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent logical analysis abilities and data sensitivity. - Familiarity with social media and overseas user behavior patterns, with the agility to adjust strategies according to market dynamics. - Proficient in English reading and writing for professional communication.
