- 制定和执行增长战略，推动用户获取和留存。
- 分析数据以识别增长机会并优化运营效率。
- 与市场营销团队合作，实施有效的广告和促销活动。
- 管理并优化客户旅程，提高用户体验。
- 监测和评估市场变化，调整策略以提高竞争力。
任职要求：
1.对 Web3 行业有深入了解，熟悉区块链核心知识（如公链、智能合约、DeFi/NFT 等），能清晰解读 Web3 职业生态与技能要求；
2.有 社媒运营经验（小红书 / 抖音优先），了解平台流量逻辑，具备直播控场、互动引导能力者优先；
3.形象气质佳，镜头表现力强，愿意露脸直播，沟通表达流畅，能快速接住观众提问并自然转化话题；
4.学习能力强，能快速掌握公司课程产品细节，准确传递核心价值。
