Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage logistics for island lunch tours and sunset cruises, ensuring seamless operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and activities that enhance the guest experience.
Foster a friendly and engaging atmosphere, embodying the beach vibes that make our tours special.
Organize fun games and interactive activities that enhance the overall guest experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all guest needs are met and exceeded.
Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a smile.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented with the ability to upsell and promote experiences effectively.
Leverage social media to promote tours, engage with guests, and share memorable moments.
A sporty, active lifestyle that reflects our beach culture.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
