- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee departmental operations, drive sales growth, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily field-based with occasional office work; may involve physical labor and outdoor environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
