Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description
- Oversee and ensure daily clinic operations, readiness of facilities and staff
- Facilitates and coordinates patient flow, inquiries, and manage rush or special cases
- Address operational concerns and patient inquiries promptly
- Support implementation of new procedures and process improvements
- Monitor service quality through feedback and reporting
- Ensures the staff training, development, and performance monitoring
- Perform other related tasks as needed
- Graduate of any business or allied medical course
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications
- With 2–3 years of solid performance in a similar role
- Familiar with daily clinic operations is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Self-starter, can multi-task and work under pressure
- Good client rapport
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills
