We are seeking a talented Home-Based Digital Asset Management (DAM) Developer to join our team. In this fully remote position, you will work independently to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Digital Asset Management (DAM) system templates for use on the client platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and performance of templates while continuously improving and maintaining them.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Set up, customize, and maintain Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and templates (such as PageFlex, WordPressand Bynder).
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and turn them into effective technical solutions within the DAM platform.
• Partner with other team members to design user-friendly templates that integrate well with the overall system.
• Regularly check the DAM system for performance issues, fix problems, and improve template speed and efficiency.
• Create clear documentation and provide training for users, admins, and technical staff to ensure everyone can use the system effectively.
• Take part in system upgrades, data migrations, and help plan for the future of the platform.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all technical and development work.
• Handle multiple tasks independently and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, business management, or any related field.
• Experience: At least five years of software development experience, software design principles, and agile methodology.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Pageflex development is a plus.
• Basic understanding of C#, JavaScript, and XML,
• Well-organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio Code, and Jira.
• Experience with Chili Publish is a bonus.
• Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the software development and/or BPO industry.
