Experience Level: Preferably less than 1 year of front desk experience in the hospitality industry, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent proficiency in English; outstanding customer service skills; strong communication abilities; ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties: Greet and register guests, manage reservations, provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities, and handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Working Conditions: Must be prepared to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy hotel environment.
