Requirements

  • Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or any related course
  • With 2–4 years of experience in hotel operations or supervisory/management roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
  • Can manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
  • Knowledgeable in hotel systems, booking platforms, and basic reporting
  • Organized, dependable, and can work under pressure
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Committed to long-term growth with the company
  • Preferably residing in or near Olongapo City
