Description
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.
- Manage laundry and linens efficiently.
- Restock supplies and report maintenance issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and attend to guest requests.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform daily cleaning of rooms, maintain cleanliness in common areas, and report maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning tasks, attention to detail, and time management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and may require weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, hardworking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
