Description

HR & ADMIN Associate (Project-Based for 5 months)


The HR & Admin Associate will be responsible for initiating and implementing strategic and effective initiatives in recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development and administration. This role is pivotal in attracting top talent, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring continuous professional growth for our employees and providing comprehensive administrative support. The HR & Admin Associate will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide comprehensive HR and administrative support. 

 

Recruitment Management 

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. 
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 

 

Key Performance Indicators: 

  • Time-to-fill open positions (Rank and File – 30 days, Managerial positions – 60 days) 
  • Quality of hire (measured by retention rates and performance of new hires). 

 

Employee Engagement 

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture. 
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention. 

 

Key Performance Indicators: 

  • Employee engagement scores. 

 

Learning and Development: 

  • Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. 

 

Key Performance Indicators: 

  • Participation rates in training programs. 
  • Employee satisfaction with training and development opportunities. 


Administration 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies. 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and learning and development. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR.
