Job Description

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

• Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

• Facilitate the preparation, distribution, and monitoring of HR documents such as contracts, memos, and notices.

• Support the processing of payroll requirements, attendance monitoring, and leave management.

• Assist in coordinating employee relations activities, training schedules, and internal communications.

Administrative Duties

• Manage daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, inquiries, and correspondence professionally.

• Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents as required.

• Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory; coordinate procurement as necessary.

• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Car Vending Operations Support

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams regarding documentation, schedules, and customer requirements.

• Assist in maintaining records related to car inventory, vehicle documents, and sales transactions.

• Support the preparation and processing of customer files, contracts, and delivery documents.

• Ensure timely communication with clients and partners regarding administrative concerns.

General Support

• Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with HR and administrative procedures.

• Provide support to management and perform other related tasks as needed.
