Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, paper screening, interviewing, and conducting phone screens for candidates from entry to officer levels.
- Manages the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintains candidate tracking sheets in Excel.
- Available to render work at least 4 days per week.
- Currently residing in Makati or nearby areas.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
- Graduating student (4th year college).
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
