Description

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and resume screening.
Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Source applicants for job vaccancies from different recruitment channels such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Jobslin, BossJob and Facebook.
Schedule applicants for initial interviews.
Conduct initial interviews.
Maintain employee records and assist with data entry.
Help with employee engagement initiatives and events.
Make publication materials for job postings to be posted in different Facebook groups.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements

Currently taking a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any other related field.
Must be a required internship by academic curriculum.
Must be computer literate.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Should have a knowledge in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet and etc.)
Should have an excellent communication skills
