Are you a recent graduate or final-year student in Psychology, Management, or a related field, eager to kickstart your career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition? Join us as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting HR and recruitment operations within a dynamic, growing company.


This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow, with the potential to transition into a full-time HR Assistant position within 3 to 6 months based on your performance and dedication.


  • Support the HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist with daily HR and recruitment activities
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date HR and TA database
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation
  • Assist in job posting, CV screening, and coordinating recruitment processes
  • Manage employee data and assist with reporting
  • Act as a help desk for employee inquiries and provide timely support

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Management, HR, or related field
  • Completed or actively pursuing HR-related courses is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and up-to-date with the latest digital tools and HR software
  • Fast learner with a strong willingness to work and grow
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for innovation and initiative
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
