Job Description

Bristol Motorcycle is a leading name in the motorcycle industry, known for combining classic aesthetics with modern performance. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead our Human Resources Department and support our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and programs aligned with company goals
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Lead the talent acquisition process and workforce planning
  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to management in organizational planning and culture building

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage
