Job Description
- Assist in managing overall HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance
- Support and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee HR processes
- Coordinate with central HR and local teams to ensure efficient operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR leadership or supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Willing to work Mondays- Saturdays
