Human Resources Manager/Supervisor

Job Description
- Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage company manpower planning and ensure staffing requirements are met on time.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in HR policies, benefits administration, and compliance with DOLE regulations.
- Coordinate with management on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and retention strategies.
- Support company HR development programs and team-building activities.
- Must be currently residing or willing to relocate to Laguna area.
- Proven experience as HR Specialist, HR Officer, or HR Manager.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino is a plus).
- Familiar with Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Can start immediately is an advantage.
