We’re looking for a results-driven HR Manager who understands the fast-paced nature of the industry and can lead our internal people strategy while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.


The HR Manager will oversee the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment operations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. This role is critical in managing both internal staff and deployed personnel, ensuring effective workforce alignment with business goals.


  • Manage and improve recruitment processes for both internal roles and client deployments.
  • Lead employee engagement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, particularly for outsourced or field employees.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, government compliance, and timekeeping/payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and DOLE regulations, including contract management and mandated reporting.
  • Partner with operations and account managers to support manpower deployment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives such as performance management, training programs, and internal culture-building.
  • Manage HR documentation, reporting, and employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., PMAP, SHRM) are a plus.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in the manpower or staffing industry.
  • Solid background in employee relations, compensation & benefits, and labor compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing a high-volume workforce or field employees is an advantage.
