Description

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Develop compelling job descriptions and strategic posting strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview top-tier candidates
  • Coordinate comprehensive hiring processes and extend competitive employment offers
  • Conduct thorough background checks and deliver seamless onboarding experiences

Employee Relations & Support

  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances with professionalism and care
  • Mediate workplace disputes and implement fair disciplinary actions
  • Foster and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture and high employee morale
  • Provide expert guidance on company policies and procedures

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Design and manage competitive salary structures and pay scales
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages
  • Process payroll accurately and respond to compensation-related inquiries

Performance Management

  • Develop and implement effective performance review systems and processes
  • Coach and support managers in providing constructive feedback and conducting evaluations
  • Create and monitor performance improvement plans when necessary
  • Champion career development and succession planning initiatives

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure full adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation
  • Manage workplace safety requirements and regulatory reporting
  • Handle workers' compensation claims and FMLA requests efficiently

Training & Development

  • Identify organizational training needs and develop impactful learning programs
  • Coordinate comprehensive new employee orientation and onboarding processes
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities and career growth programs
  • Support leadership development and management training initiatives

Strategic HR Planning

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives and transformation projects
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology

Preferred:

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or other relevant HR certification
  • Advanced degree in HR or related field
