HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources within an organization, including recruitment, hiring, training, employee relations, and compliance. They ensure HR practices align with business goals and legal standards. They also manage employee relations, develop HR policies, and support organizational development. 

Recruitment and Hiring:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to hiring decisions.
  • Attends weekly management meeting to give updates on HR matters

Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve management and employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment. 

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations. 

Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate and improve employee performance. 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and employee benefits. 

HR Strategy:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives. 

Organizational Development:

  • Support organizational development initiatives by fostering a culture of employee engagement and retention. 

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate from a bachelor degree program in human resources, psychology, behavioral science or another related field
  • At least five years of human resource experience required.
  • Certifications such as CHRP, or other professional certifications, are highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
