Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations reporting directly to the HR Manager
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration
• Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR management or supervision
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in employee training and development programs
