Description

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in developing HR strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for driver, helper, and office roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee data management.
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in HR or people management roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Payroll, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
