Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying to management
Maintain electronics and hard copy filling system
Open sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Perform data entry and scan documents
Maintain office supply for department
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and emails.
Receiving, encoding and monitoring of all returned items - tool: Returns Monitoring Excel File; this includes attaching the series number sticker for each incoming returned items
Receiving, encoding and monitoring of all customer units repair

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development, Management or Psychology.
At least 2 years of HR experience in an HR Generalist function
Very good knowledge in compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
An understanding of the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
