Duties and Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment process
- Monitoring of the pre-employment requirements of new hires
- New hires orientation for new stores
- Coordinates with other department for new manpower request
- Provides other Clerical and Administrative Support to the Human Resources Department
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Any Related Field
- Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience on Recruitment or other Human Resources Facet
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Solid Understanding of MS Office
