Hiring

  • Facilitates sourcing / recruitment of applicants.
  • Conducts initial interview.
  • Conducts orientation to newly hired employees.


Payroll

  • Ensure timely and accurate computation of employee’s payroll.
  • Prepares payroll abstract of the company for Accounting Journal entries.


Employee Benefits

  • Ensures preparation of monthly schedule and payment / remittances to SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG, and BIR.
  • Computes Maternity and Sickness benefits claims.
  • Ensures computation of final pay of resigned employees.
  • Coordinates with SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG, and BIR on employee concerns and other problems.


Others

  • Prepares Annual Information Return of Income Tax Withheld on Compensation and Expanded Withholding Taxes.
  • Prepares and distributes BIR 2316 form to employees on or before end of February.
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.


AUTHORITY

  • Authorized to screen applicants, conduct orientation to newly hired employees, maintains employee’s 201 file, and process payroll.
  • Authorized to checks the work of Compensation and Benefit Assistant.
