Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our people operations and help drive a positive workplace culture. This role covers the full spectrum of HR—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, performance management, and employee engagement. You will work closely with the HR Generalist and Managing Director to ensure compliance, support team development, and deliver a seamless HR experience aligned with our firm’s values of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.


Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance with data protection standards.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Assist in performance management and training programs.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for decision-making.
  • Foster positive employee relations, engagement, and staff welfare initiatives.
  • Support HR projects, policy implementation, and continuous process improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in HR operations (recruitment, benefits, performance management).
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Xero a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
