Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs
  • Oversee employee relations, investigate and resolve employee concerns or complaints
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Conduct HR orientations, trainings, and exit interviews
  • Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, memos, warnings, etc.)
  • Support organizational changes and improve HR processes
  • Liaise with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.) for statutory requirements
  • Participate in audits and prepare HR reports as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices
  • Must be willing to work onsite
