Description
- Assists the HR Officer in all HR functions including recruitment, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Creates and updates 201 Files of Employees
- Responsible for employee onboarding and off-boarding processes. This includes monitoring for completion of pre-employment requirements and completion of clearance for resigned employees.
- Assist in planning and implementation of employee training and development activities
- Assists the HR Officer in ensuring that the company complies with all employment laws and policies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Administration or other relevant field of study
- Work Experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Held an officer or any leadership position in school organizations is a plus
- Willing to be trained and have good work ethic
