Description

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Post job ads and organize resumes and job applications
  • Schedule interviews and assist in the hiring process
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping data
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Prepare HR reports and help coordinate performance evaluations
  • Organize employee files, trainings, and HR events


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and management
