Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
Post job ads and organize resumes and job applications
Schedule interviews and assist in the hiring process
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Track employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping data
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
Prepare HR reports and help coordinate performance evaluations
Organize employee files, trainings, and HR events

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and management
