- Assist with recruitment processes including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in social recruitment, HR planning, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, payroll, and compensation; facilitate employee relations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
