Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Maintain employee records and confidential information.
  • Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations and people management skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; proficient in computer applications.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; standard working hours with occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player with a strong sense of confidentiality.
