Description

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, employee relations, written and verbal communication, computer literacy, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, knowledge in compensation and benefits, and leadership development.
