Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of HR software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining records, and supporting HR initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard office hours, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, adaptable, and exhibits strong interpersonal skills.
