- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management initiatives.

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, candidate screening, and human resource planning.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
