Description

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage the employee database, file and maintain HR records, handle correspondence, and maintain departmental calendars and schedules. 
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating new employee orientations. 
  • Payroll & Benefits:
  • Help process payroll, manage employee attendance and leaves, and assist with benefit enrollment and related issues. 
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a liaison between the HR department and employees, answering questions, and providing support for HR-related inquiries. 
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare HR documentation, submit reports on HR activities, and maintain the confidentiality of employee and company information. 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
