Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Provide support in employee relations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in an HR role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Qualities and Traits: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime during peak periods.
