Description

  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
  • Help in organizing company events and initiatives.
  • Assist with performance management and evaluation processes.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and support HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Human Resources or or Any 4 year course.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Willing to learn, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be organized, proactive, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay area.
