Description

  • Evaluate manpower requisition requests.
  • Post job openings on online channels.
  • Source applicants and assess candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Endorse shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers.
  • Invite shortlisted candidates for final interviews.
  • Confirm the final recommendation of hiring managers after the final interview.
  • Updates recruitment tracker and other related reports;
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRDM, or
  • At least 2 years experience in the related field.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Can start ASAP.
