  • Support HR with payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
  • Help resolve employee relations issues and assist in the implementation of HR policies.
  • Participate in talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, recruiting, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and computer literacy in HR software.
