Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies.
Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Facilitate employee engagement activities and performance reviews.

Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Human Resources or a related field is required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruiting or employee relations.
