Hiring: HR Specialist (Remote | Malaysia – Chinese Speaker)

Work Setup: Remote (Malaysia-based)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Probation: USD 700/month

                 After Confirmation: USD 900/month

Recruitment Goal: Minimum 5 hires per month

Bonus: USD 100 for every successful hire beyond monthly target


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Malaysian job market and be proficient in Chinese to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking candidates and internal teams.


Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Develop strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate records and provide recruitment reports.

Assist with onboarding processes and ensure new hires transition smoothly.

Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking team members and applicants.

Support HR-related tasks as needed (documentation, coordination, follow-ups).


Qualifications

Based in Malaysia, with remote work capability.

Fluent in Chinese (written & spoken); English proficiency required.

Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or talent sourcing preferred.

Familiarity with Malaysian employment trends & recruitment platforms.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently toward hiring targets.
