Description

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and HR events.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Workspace is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
