We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. This position is responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS data management. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices, with a passion for supporting a positive employee experience.

Qualifications:

• Years of Experience: At least 2-3 years’ experience with US HR, US Leave management (IFMLA, CFMLA) US Termination Monitoring and US Benefits.• Experience leading or coaching teams

• Experience/knowledge of PeopleSoft HR and Oracle modules is an asset

• Good communication skills in English

• Critical Thinking, Analytical Skills and Decision-making SkillsAmenable to work in Taguig - Hybrid Set-upAmenable to graveyard schedule
