- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience is necessary, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Recruiting, Payroll management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Communication, and Training and Development.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with occasional remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential.
