Description
- Responsible for the daily accounting and bookkeeping of the company
- Regularly prepare and analyze financial statements
- Assist in reviewing reimbursement vouchers and related documents
- Participate in annual audits and tax filings
- Maintain and update financial-related files
- Collaborate with superiors to complete other finance-related tasks
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Abilities: Familiarity with process improvement, procurement, compliance work, bookkeeping, onsite accounting, reconciliation, accounting software, accounts payable/receivable, tax reporting
- Responsibilities: Responsible for daily accounting, preparation of financial statements, and tax filings, ensuring financial compliance
- Working Conditions: Requires working in an office environment, adaptable to a fast-paced and team-oriented setting
- Qualities and Characteristics: Excellent communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility
